When will Northwoods Escape open?
Northwoods Escape is expected to begin hosting guests during Thanksgiving week 2026.
Can I book now?
Direct booking is not yet open. Join the early-access list to receive the booking announcement.
What is the minimum stay?
Three nights.
What time is check-in?
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM.
What time is checkout?
Checkout is at 11:00 AM.
How many villas are available?
Two private, brand-new villas are attached under the same roof.
Can they be rented separately?
Yes.
How many bedrooms does each villa have?
Each villa has two bedrooms — one with a queen bed and one with two twin beds.
Can both be reserved together?
That option is planned.
Are dogs allowed?
Dogs may be permitted with prior approval, up to 2 per stay, with a $25 non-refundable pet deposit.
What is the occupancy limit?
No more than 10 people may be present at a unit (North Villa or South Villa) at one time, including daytime visitors. No more than 4 people may stay overnight at a unit.
Is marijuana allowed on the property?
No. Marijuana — smoking, vaping, edibles, or any other form — is not permitted anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors.
Is parking available?
Yes. Designated off-street parking is provided. Street parking is not permitted.
Do the villas have laundry?
Yes. Each villa has a washer and dryer.
Do they have heating and cooling?
Yes. Each villa has air conditioning, in-floor heat, and an electric fireplace.
Do they have televisions?
Yes. Each villa has a 65-inch television.
Do they have kitchens?
Yes. Each villa has a full kitchen, including a dishwasher and microwave.
Is outdoor space available?
Each villa has a deck, grill, and patio furniture.
Are security cameras present?
Exterior cameras are used for safety and security. There are no cameras inside the villas.
