When your group is too big for one villa — or you'd simply rather have separate space — reserving both villas at Northwoods Escape lets everyone stay under the same roof without sharing a kitchen, living room, or bathroom. Each villa keeps its own private entrance, so both groups come and go on their own schedule.

How It Works
Both villas are laid out and furnished identically — each with its own kitchen, bathroom, laundry, and deck. Reserving both means your group shares a roof and a parking area, but never a living space. Each unit keeps its own occupancy limit — up to 10 people present at a time and up to 4 overnight — see the house rules for the full policy.
